Personal Care

Our agency is state licensed to provide Personal Care to our clients through our directly employed and supervised caregivers. Astonishing Care owners personally interviews all caregivers, and supervises them to ensure they understand the care your loved one needs. Many agencies utilize unsupervised subcontractors, or do not provide personal care services.

In addition to companion services, assistance can include but is not limited to:

• Self-administration of medications

• Bathing and showering

• Grooming and dressing

• Toileting/incontinence care

• Eating

• Light transfers

• Meal Preparation

• Shopping and escorts to appointments

• Light housekeeping

• Laundry and linen

• Conversation and cognitive stimulation

• Nurse supervisory visits upon request
