Respite/Short Term Care/Post-Surgical Care

 

Astonishing Care is happy to rise to the occasion for short-term care situations. Maybe the primary caregiver needs to travel, or perhaps just needs some extra help while their loved one recovers after a hospital stay, contact us and we can arrange a temporary schedule of care for your loved one. Many of our post-surgical clients have said that our caregivers were a great help during their recovery.

Some of the services that we can provide to Respite/Short Term clients include:

• Running errands to get groceries and medications

• Escort to follow-up appointments

• Fixing meals/snacks

• Reminding clients to do prescribed exercises

• Assisting with bathing

• Getting the client items they may need so that they do not have to constantly get up and down

• For caregivers who are out of town the peace of mind of knowing that their loved one is having scheduled visits
